We are currently looking for motivated Fitness Coaches (m/w/d) to join our growing team. This is a flexible opportunity for individuals passionate about fitness, health, and helping others improve their lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

No previous experience is required—what matters most is motivation, communication skills, and the ability to guide and support others effectively.

As a Fitness Coach, you will help clients improve their fitness levels, build healthy habits, and stay motivated through personalised coaching sessions adapted to their goals. Sessions can take place online or in person, depending on availability and preference.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess clients’ fitness level, needs, and goals

Create and deliver personalised training plans

Conduct coaching sessions online and/or in person

Support motivation, consistency, and habit-building

Teach basic exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle routines

Adapt training sessions based on progress and feedback

REQUIREMENTS

No previous experience as a fitness coach required

Strong interest in fitness, health, and wellbeing

Good communication and motivational skills

Ability to support and guide clients effectively

Reliable internet connection (for online sessions)
