What JobNavia does and does not collect.

No applications, no application data

JobNavia does not handle job applications. We do not collect, store, or forward CVs, cover letters, or contact details. Every application happens on the original third-party site, and that site's own privacy policy applies to whatever information you submit there.

Job alerts

Job alerts collect your email address and the alert preferences you choose, such as keyword, category, location, company, or remote-work filter. Alerts do not collect CVs or application data, and alert emails include unsubscribe options when email delivery is enabled.

Employer enquiry forms

Employer enquiry forms collect company name, contact name, email address, role context, application URL, job description, package interest, and message details. We use this to review and respond to hiring enquiries and prepare admin-only draft listings when appropriate.

No CVs or applications are collected through employer lead forms. Candidates apply on the external application URL supplied by the employer. We do not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings for employer lead forms.

Basic logs and analytics

The web server keeps standard request logs (HTTP method, path, response code, request time, referrer, user-agent). We may use simple, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell any of this data.

Apply-click tracking

Clicks on the "Apply on external site" button may be tracked for aggregate reporting, such as how many people clicked Apply on a role or source. This uses privacy-safe hashing and does not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings.

External sites have their own policies

Once you click an Apply link or any other outbound link on JobNavia, you are on a third-party site and that site's own privacy policy applies. We do not control what those sites collect or how they use it.

Cookies

The public site does not require login. Admin sessions (used only by site operators) use a single session cookie scoped to the admin path; that cookie is HttpOnly and marked Secure on HTTPS.
