Job Description
About the role

As a Junior Operations Client Partner, you will start your career in a role that combines client interaction, project coordination, and data-driven problem solving.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually develop your ability to support client projects, understand business needs, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions.

This role is designed for recent graduates, offering structured onboarding, training, and continuous learning opportunities.

What you will do

Support day-to-day interactions with clients, helping to respond to operational requests

Work alongside experienced team members to understand client requirements and expectations

Assist in coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables

Help translate client needs into clear internal tasks and follow up on progress

Collaborate with multiple teams across Operations, Customer Success, and Sales

Contribute to resolving client queries related to data, delivery timelines, or quality

Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and client calls

Support quality checks and ensure outputs meet expected standards

What you will learn

During your first months, you will build a strong foundation in:

How global clients use data and insights to drive business decisions

Project coordination and stakeholder communication

Client service fundamentals and account management

Data analysis and problem-solving in a real business environment

Internal processes and tools used in international operations teams

You will gain hands-on experience working with real client data and develop skills that are highly valued across consulting, analytics, and client-facing roles.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for

Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

First experience in a client-facing environment (internship, part-time role, or academic project) is required

Strong communication and analytical skills

Interest in data, business operations, or client-facing roles

Ability to work collaboratively in an international team

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

Languages:

Fluency in English (essential)

Additional languages (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) are a strong advantage
